What is your return policy?

Do you accept credit card payments?
We accept payment from all major credit cards. All credit card orders are processed using your choice of two secure online services called PayPal and Google Checkout. PayPal and Google Checkout are the worlds largest secure online payment services.  There aren't any fees nor do you have to register to process your payment with PayPal.  There aren't any fees with Google Checkout, however, they do require you to register.   We also accept personal checks, cashier checks and money orders.

Do you require a minimum order amount?
We process all orders regardless of the amount or destination, however for small orders (less than $9.99) there is an additional $1.49 handling fee, for medium orders ($10.00-$49.99) there is an additional $ .99 handling fee and orders $50.00 and above there aren't any handling fees.  These minimal handling fees help cover our packaging and shipping costs, which often cost us more than we charge our customers. 

 

Are there any other fees other than the listed price and shipping?
Other than the handling fees described above, we have no additional transaction or handling fees.  Tax will be applied to Michigan customers.  We do not profit from over charging for shipping - in fact, our shipping expenses are often higher than we charge our customers.

 

When can I expect to receive my order?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hrs. and we ship all orders with USPS or UPS (the choice is yours when you checkout).  Depending on the shipping service you choose, you should receive your order in 2-7 postal days.  As we give great care to promptly package and ship your order, once it leaves our hands we cannot be responsible for delayed or lost shipments. Purchasing shipping insurance is strongly recommended - ask us how.

 

Do you ship to customers outside USA & Canada?
While we welcome orders from international customers, we may not be aware of the regulations, duties or taxes that pertain to your country. Such regulations, duties or taxes, if any, may vary by location and may change without our knowledge. If you are uncertain regarding import regulations, duties or taxes to your destination, we urge to check with your local customs department before placing an order. Our refund policy does not apply to orders that may be confiscated by an importing authority.

 

Is it safe and secure to order from your online store?
Yes, when you provide us with any personal information - your name, address, email or credit card number - it is done on a secure server. We use PayPal for all our credit card transactions. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer and your information will reside on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically.

 

How do you find your products?
We frequent estate sales to find unique items for bringinstufftoyou.com.  We also have many family and friends who contribute to our inventory.  We believe strongly in preserving history and the future so finding vintage treasures or recycling those items that may end up in a landfill, is our goal.

 

Are your items clean?
We clean all products with safe household cleansers prior to placing them in active inventory.  However, we carry many vintage and collectible items and we are not experts in cleaning all products so some may be put in inventory that need additional, more precise cleansing.  This information will be given with the product listing.

 

Do you use my personal information for anything other than completing my order?
We do not share or forward information about you to other sites nor do we give access to marketing sites to gather information about you while you shop at our site. Under no circumstances do we release any email addresses to other companies or organizations.
